Monitoring My Application and Requirements

Question: Can I monitor the progress on my application?

Answer: Applications are allocated a unique code. All you need is an internet connection and you will be able to monitor the progress online at https://www.mobile4u.co.za/support/ticket.php 

You will also be notified via email when there is a response from our team on your ticket. Please double check for mails that might end up in your "junkmail" folder and mark it as safe.

Through this connection you will also be able to communicate with us. It also serves as a storage place of all communication that takes place between our clients and us while it remains confidential and access being protected by the unique access code.

In order for us to be able to assist you, the following is very important:

  • Confirmation of employment for a period in of at least 6 months.
  • You need to earn a minimum gross income of at least R7000 gross per month. [Excluding any deductions]
  • 3 months current bank statement showing your salary deposits. (This can be internet statements as well as long as your information is on the statements.)

Please note importance:

  • Affordability & Credit History will determine what we can offer you or not.
  • We not not assist self-employed, contract workers or pensioners at our low ITC division. By law we can also not assist under Debt Review or Debt Counseling or Under Sequestration/Liquidation and/or Administration.
  • Please note that you are only approved once we have confirmed it on the ticket response. Please try not to apply everywhere as this decreases your chances of success.
  • Please note that you can only open new tickets 3 times over a period of 4 years. If you need to activate a ticket again just go back on one of the older tickets and respond on that to open or re-apply, do an add-on or upgrade if need be.
  • We might do a debi-check as this is only to confirm your banking details for set debit order date of your monthly subscription.
  • Remember if you doing a low ITC or Blacklisting add on your need to be at least 6 months into your current contract and 100% up to date with payments and earn a minimum of R8000 for the add-on line.

Upon delivery you will need the following:

  • Original Identity Document or Drivers License. (You will need to sign for the package yourself)
  • Your bank card (must be primary salary account) - you will be asked to swipe your card to verify your contract and authorize debit order instructions.
